HVAC Technical Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex assembly projects, ensuring precision and efficiency. They will champion safety procedures, develop and implement best practices for assembly processes, and stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Lead single unit projects with assistance from leads/supervisors, measuring parts and adhering to production schedules.
- Train lower-level assemblers and complete training checklists.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve challenging assembly issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in carpentry, construction, or assembly of HVAC units is required.
- Experience leading projects and teams is essential.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders is necessary.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity are required.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform job functions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
