Service Manager Role

The role of Service Manager involves technical leadership across the Australian and New Zealand markets, supporting retailers, service agents, contractors, and end users.

  • Be the go-to expert for technical support, coordinating warranty and inhouse repairs, managing spare parts, and providing hands-on technical training and high standard quality control.
  • Lead a network of contract technicians and service agents, liaise with internal teams, and support product development with local market insights.
  • Combine HVAC technical skills with leadership experience in service management.

Based in Dandenong South, you'll be responsible for technical support across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage a team of technicians and service agents to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Solid HVAC experience and strong technical knowledge.
  • Ideally supported by a restricted electrical license of AU/NZ compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and partners; leadership experience in service management.
