As a Senior Construction Lead, you will oversee all construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while maintaining timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee construction activities, enforcing adherence to specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate schedules and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding safety, environment, and quality control.
- Lead and guide construction teams in fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Professional Engineering license (PE) advantageous.
- Proven experience in a senior construction management role.
- White Card and C Class Driver's Licence required.
Experience in managing construction projects, proficiency in project management software, and knowledge of relevant regulations are highly valued. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for driving successful outcomes.
