The Senior People & Culture Advisor will collaborate with People Leaders to maximize talent and performance outcomes for their teams, while contributing to the evolution of our people & culture strategy.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders in relation to employee matters, including performance, talent, engagement, termination of employment, attendance, and development
- Investigate grievances and complaints, recommend disciplinary actions as required
- Oversee key people lifecycle activities globally, including performance reviews, salary reviews, KPI development
- Participate in/lead projects related to people & culture
- Liaise with international colleagues to ensure aligned practices globally, supporting the implementation and ongoing monitoring of our Workplace Health and Safety system in ANZ
This role requires expertise in providing coaching and advice to managers on various people-related issues such as award compliance, policy interpretation, performance management, and redundancy management
- End-to-end experience with annual business activities like performance and remuneration reviews, KPI development
- A high aspiration for continuously improving the employee experience and organizational talent outcomes
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with proven ability to multi-task, prioritize competing workloads, and meet deadlines
- A high level of autonomy and initiative-taking skills
- High emotional intelligence and customer-focused mindset
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly MS Excel and HR software tools
As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
Essential Qualifications- An experienced professional in people-related areas, with sound knowledge of laws and regulations
- A strategic thinker able to develop and implement effective people initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
