High-Performing Engineering Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Sales Director to drive national growth, elevate high-performing teams, and unlock new opportunities in heavy industry sectors.

About the Role:

This leadership role requires a seasoned sales professional with expertise in building relationships, monitoring pipeline and sales processes, facilitating team meetings, and executing national sales plans across multiple product segments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to strengthen the leadership capabilities of sales managers and sales resources within the company.

  • Participate in estimation reviews and ensure proposals align with the sales process
