Our ideal candidate is a skilled retail leader who can drive sales growth and customer engagement.

The Counter Manager will lead, motivate and develop a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. They will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with Area Managers on business performance and drive KPIs and sales targets within the team. The successful candidate will have demonstrable retail management experience, strong artistry skills, ideally with a qualification, and excellent communication skills.
