The Role

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Port Hedland, Western Australia. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance activities within our workshops and with external providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Business Units to schedule internal and external services and maintenance.
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers, driving new processes to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure effective planning and management of service bookings, while minimizing maintenance expenses.
  • Engage with third-party maintenance providers to ensure high-quality service outcomes.
  • Complete relevant quality assurance tasks and administrative duties as required.

What We Offer

A market competitive salary of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an internal fleet maintenance or management role or truck service advisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Strategic thinking, accountability, problem-solving, and outcome-focused skills.
  • Customer service orientation, with a detailed understanding of customer needs and values.
