Toll Transport Pty Ltd, a leading global logistics provider, has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team in Port Hedland, WA.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job Description:
The Maintenance Operations Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle service and maintenance activities within the Toll Group workshops and external workshops, ensuring high levels of vehicle service compliance is met without compromising on quality and with minimal downtime of assets to ensure effective asset utilisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Business Units to schedule both internal & external services & maintenance, plan and ensure the coordinated, timely and managed approach of vehicle service bookings with all stakeholders.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers, driving new processes to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure effective planning and management of service bookings, whilst minimising maintenance expense.
- Engage with 3rd party maintenance providers, and partner with them to ensure high service quality outcomes.
- Complete relevant quality assurance tasks and administrative tasks as required.
- Work effectively with internal customers and stakeholders to collaboratively achieve high levels of vehicle maintenance service compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an internal fleet maintenance or management role or truck service advisory role would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Strategic thinker, accountable, problem solver, outcome focused.
- Customer service orientation - detailed understanding and strong curiosity about our customers and what adds value to them.
- Microsoft Office suite expertise including Word, Excel and Outlook.
