  • Work collaboratively with Enrolled & Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Demonstrate compassion, sensitivity, and maturity in providing care to residents
  • Participate in on-the-job training and mentoring to further develop your skills and qualifications
  • Contribute to a supportive and friendly team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desirable)
