About the Role

Regis Aged Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Assistant to join our team at Regis Kirwan. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with their meals and ensure they have access to a nutritious and balanced diet.
  • Support residents with their mobility and help them to maintain their independence.
  • Engage with residents in activities and provide social and emotional support to enhance their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements
  • Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies such as nursing.
  • Experience in a personal care role in Aged Care (desirable).
  • Commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and support their needs.
