Job Overview

  • As an initial point of contact for general HR queries, provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the process.
  • Maintain a job description database, reviewing job descriptions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate the delivery of company inductions and other training programs as required, promoting employee growth and development.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of employee records, information, and systems, including the preparation of monthly reports.
  • Maintain HR systems - training, performance management, HRM program, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
  • Aid the Human Resources Manager in managing performance issues, including handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures, upholding a fair and just work environment.

About You

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar HR/Recruitment based role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Highly organised with a strong ability to handle multiple streams of work and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service mindset, prioritising employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative, and be proactive when solving problems.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, effectively conveying ideas and concepts.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to adapt to and embrace change, driving innovation and progress.
