Job Title:

Recruitment and HR Support Specialist

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within the Human Resources department, providing administrative support to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Manage personnel databases, including employee records and performance management data.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, responding to HR queries from staff and managers.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
