Job Title: Senior Technical Field Specialist

About the Role:

Conduct technical hardware support and repair activities, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance. Respond to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions, and advise on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams, including hardware, OS, software, networks, servers, and print devices.
  • Conduct hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics to provide hardware break-fix services.
  • Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements, and follow Fujitsu breach reporting process for any failed SLAs.
  • Maintain and housekeeping of customers' physical infrastructure, including desktop equipment, peripherals, telephony, print devices, and audio/visual conferencing equipment.
  • Manage customer expectations by keeping them updated as their case progresses, notifying of any delays.
  • Log and maintain all customer interactions and activities in the correct client IT service management tool.
  • Promptly escalate any operational issues.
  • Accurately record and submit timesheets and project efforts on time as per company requirements.
  • Complete all required training on time.
  • Be aware of workplace health and safety practices, instructions, and policy as set out by Fujitsu and Customer.

Carry out other work as assigned by team lead or management.
