As a Senior Field Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment or systems at customer locations. This includes diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.

You will also oversee facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, managing budgets, and planning renovations and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, you will manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment, predicting future needs and ensuring timely procurement and stock accuracy.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and ensure transparent communication within the team. You will also have the chance to coach and guide team members to drive productivity and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment or systems
  • Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations
  • Hands-on experience in data governance, quality monitoring, and analytics
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and fostering collaboration
  • Experience managing customer relationships and providing technical training
