Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant at Herbert Smith Freehills, you will play a vital role in supporting our practice groups and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate administrative support to our Legal Assistants, enabling them to perform at their highest level.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Legal Assistants, including managing deadlines, responding to change, and prioritizing tasks.
- Liaise with business services and other teams to coordinate urgent mail and courier requests.
- Prepare files for archiving and manage the return and retrieval of files in accordance with firm guidelines.
- Assist with internal and external practice group events and functions.
Requirements
- Impeccable attention to detail and a demonstrated enthusiasm for delivering high-quality work.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
