Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hudson Australia. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our Principals and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as creating spreadsheets, sending correspondence, and tidying PowerPoint presentations.
  • Book travel arrangements and use Sugar CRM to track and update meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Organize marketing meetings and events, and assist with creditor-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, including reception duties.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, such as Sugar CRM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming customer service approach.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $35/h, inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
  • A temporary to permanent opportunity, with the possibility of full-time employment.
  • Training and handover will be provided.
  • Weekly timesheets and a structured work environment.
