Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Liaison Manager to provide professional and dedicated support to the Business Development Team within the rapidly expanding Trustee division.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service and support to the Business Development Team.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring strong communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Assist with client onboarding, including preparing sales reports and managing leads.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Trusts and Estates team and Marketing.
- Ensure accurate and complete client data in Salesforce.
- Track and manage all leads and client interactions.
- Experience within the Legal and/or financial services industry within a support role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Salesforce (preferred not essential).
- Highly organized with the ability to act quickly, manage and prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised or in a team environment as required.
