Job Description

The Senior Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating financial management of outsourced services, including budget forecasts and expenditure reconciliations. This involves preparing complex budget forecasts, estimates, and budget submissions to support senior managers in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate financial management of outsourced services, ensuring compliance with departmental requirements.
  • Prepare and submit budget forecasts, estimates, and submissions to support senior managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance outcomes for outsourced services, identifying trends and issues that require attention.
  • Liaise with staff across the organization, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure effective management of contracted services.

Requirements

  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a public sector or government agency.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
