Senior Financial Operations Manager

The Regional Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in strengthening internal controls and financial processes across country operations. This strategic position ensures compliance with Group accounting policies and procedures, while also providing training, mentorship, and support to finance teams in each country.
Key Responsibilities- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes across country operations.
- Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to finance teams in each country.
- Offer financial guidance and support to subsidiary CEOs.
- Process business transactions accurately and timely, maintaining data integrity.
- Review and validate monthly management reports, investigate significant variances, and support CEOs in interpreting financial outcomes.
- Maintain strong working capital controls, including cash handling, inventory management, receivables, and timely supplier payments.
- Conduct regular reviews of balance sheet reconciliations and bank accounts.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.
- Professional accounting certification (CA or CPA).
- Proficiency in ERA, Hyperion, iChris, and Microsoft Office.
- At least 10 years' experience in a senior finance role.
- Experience in the automotive dealership sector is beneficial.
