About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Liaison Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop and implement effective event strategies that engage the Asian diaspora in Western Australia and enhance our reputation and impact.
  • Communications and Marketing:
    • Design and produce compelling communications and marketing materials that promote our activities and initiatives.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide high-level administrative support to our leadership and governance, including meeting management and servicing of committees or boards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in event planning, coordination, and delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting professional communications and marketing materials.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to senior leaders, including meeting management and servicing of committees or boards.
  • Experience working across cultures with international stakeholders is highly regarded.
