About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional with a strong technical foundation to drive business growth in the ICT sector. This role is ideal for someone who can leverage their technical expertise and passion for helping businesses transform through technology.

This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan targeting mid-market businesses (100–500 users). You will identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research, and drive end-to-end sales of ICT solutions including cloud services, cybersecurity, device management, and modern workplace technologies.

You will lead client engagements from initial contact to signed agreements, ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities, and facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and propose tailored solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners is also crucial to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting mid-market businesses
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Drive end-to-end sales of ICT solutions including cloud services, cybersecurity, device management, and modern workplace technologies
  • Lead client engagements from initial contact to signed agreements, ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities
  • Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B ICT sales experience, ideally in a Business Development or MSP-focused role
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in competitive markets
  • Ability to leverage an existing network of industry contacts to accelerate pipeline growth and generate early opportunities is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and device management
  • Ability to articulate the strategic value of outsourcing IT services and managed solutions
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ASD Essential 8 and Zero Trust
  • Familiarity with the Australian ICT market and experience selling end-to-end managed services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools to manage pipeline and reporting
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams
