ICT Solution Specialist Role

The primary objective of this position is to design, implement, and manage large-scale ICT solutions aligned with contemporary frameworks. This involves providing expert technical advice while ensuring the solutions meet industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Design and Implementation: Develop and implement technical solutions that cater to the needs of large-scale complex organizations. This includes designing, planning, and implementing solutions aligned with best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.
  • Deliverables Compliance: Ensure program/project deliverables and related standards and procedures are compliant at an enterprise level. This includes developing, publishing, and implementing deliverables in line with industry standards.
  • Complex Change Management: Assess, analyze, develop, document, and plan the implementation of complex IM/ICT changes. This includes evaluating risks to infrastructure integrity and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of specialist technical resources in delivering complex technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in designing, publishing, implementing, complying, and delivering technical solutions to industry best practice frameworks for large-scale complex IM/ICT programs/projects.
  • Expertise: Expertise in designing ICT solutions across multiple sites and scales, providing knowledge on relevant design standards, techniques, and methods for large-scale complex organizations.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: High-level analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a proven record in assessing and evaluating technical requirements within a complex IM/ICT environment.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including negotiation, advising, and influencing others.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to lead, manage, and mentor a multi-disciplinary project team.
