As a key player in the sales landscape, we are seeking a dynamic ICT Account Manager to drive growth and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the telecommunications or ICT industry. They must have a passion for building lasting relationships with clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing strong client relationships through regular communication and support
  • Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver customized ICT solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Tracking and managing account activities, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met

The ICT Account Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and business expansion. They will also provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on new products, services, and technologies.
