About the Role

This position focuses on leading a high-performing team to support business initiatives and projects, promoting innovation in ICT products and services.

  • Build a strong team culture to enhance business outcomes.
  • Influence change and drive innovation in ICT solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvements by collaborating with peers across the state.

This role reports to the ICT Service Manager. Key responsibilities include demonstrating leadership, developing positive relationships, and maintaining knowledge of ICT Services portfolio.

Engage with stakeholders to ensure operational alignment with business priorities and adherence to approved policies and procedures.

Coordinate logistical, communication, and training activities for the implementation of ICT solutions.

Maintain business continuity through secure alternative solutions and coordinate incident, change, and problem management activities.

Provide strategic advice to the ICT Services Manager through monitoring and analysis of support requests.

Collaborate with project managers on statewide initiatives.

Proactively promote Performance Planning and Development processes within the organization.
