About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. You will be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with our high-value business customers.
- Acting as the primary point of contact, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and providing personalized assistance to address their concerns effectively.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our high-value customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.
- Serving as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, collaborating with internal teams to find appropriate solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
This role requires a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably managing high-value customers in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage a large portfolio of business customers.
