About the Role
  • Take ownership for managing key customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and achieve revenue objectives.
  • Contribute to implementing segment and portfolio strategies in order to support retention and growth of customer portfolios.
  • Manage sales and service contracts, exploring sales opportunities and escalating complaints and leads to more experienced team members as required.

You will be responsible for collaborating with peers and stakeholders to identify and qualify leads. You will also participate in initiatives such as developing and maintaining account and portfolio plans that support ongoing relationship development.
