About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive, People Leader to join our client's leadership team. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving culture and leadership transformation across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to streamline people and culture services and processes to drive business performance.
  • Develop a forward-thinking vision for the sales and consumer divisions that aligns with broader organisational goals.
  • Partner with CoEs to design people and culture strategies that elevate leadership capabilities, engage employees, and ensure alignment with investor priorities.
  • Inspire, motivate and coach leaders and teams through periods of change, creating an environment of accountability, continuous learning, and improvement.
  • Build trust with executives and stakeholders, using emotional intelligence and strong influencing skills to drive transformational initiatives.
  • Integrate economic, environmental, and societal factors into business practices, setting bold sustainability goals that support the broader success of the organisation and positively impact the community.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Organisational Development.
  • 5 years+ of people and culture leadership experience, with a track record of supporting success across sales and marketing functions.
  • Robust understanding of IR/ER principles and the ability to shape organisational development strategies within complex regulatory environments.
  • Track record in driving change management and enhancing employee experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executive teams.
