We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as Director of People Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 67 FTE staff and providing strategic direction for the recruitment, payroll, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional service to over 4000 Victorian Public Service staff
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline recruitment and payroll processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives
  • Provide expert advice on HR matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading HR teams and delivering strategic HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
