Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Client Relationship role is a pivotal leadership position in Sydney CBD.

This is an opportunity for someone with a proven track record in client relationship management within financial services to take on a senior leadership role.

You will provide strategic guidance and support to your team, manage client escalations, and oversee training and development to ensure exceptional service delivery across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of client relationship managers.
  • Manage client escalations and deliver premium client service.
  • Drive initiatives to improve service excellence and embed best practices.
  • Oversee client onboarding, contract management, and renewals.
  • Design and deliver training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to support business strategy and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
About You
  • Extensive experience in client relationship management within financial services.
  • Strong leadership background with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Experience working with ASX-listed clients and delivering client-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability.
  • Degree-qualified in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
