We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Road Freight Driver to join our team.
Job Overview:This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of customer freight.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurate and timely delivery of customer freight
- Maintain truck logs in accordance with state legislation and ensure freight matches current paperwork
- Develop and maintain strong communication with depot managers or supervisors
- Operate a forklift and manually handle freight and curtain gates
- Hold a valid MC Licence and a Forklift Licence (LF)
- Demonstrate experience in the transport industry, preferably with general freight carriers
- Showcase ability to work in physically demanding conditions and fast-paced environments
