Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Van Driver to join our team. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting freight from customers and delivering it in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in a professional manner while picking up freight and delivering to customers.
  • Ensure freight is securely loaded and unloaded, and transported in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Adhere to scanning and Proof of Delivery procedures, as well as safe and law-abiding driving practices.
  • Manage and collect all consignment paperwork and/or manifests at pickup points.
  • Ensure freight is packaged in a safe and effective manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Current manual Car licence.
  • Experience in pick-up and delivery of general and express freight.
  • Experience with radio communications systems preferable.
  • Experience with Load Restraint Systems & Equipment preferable.
  • Ability to pass pre-checks (medical/background/D&A).
