Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest level of presentation of your vehicle and always wear the required uniform to make a positive impression
  • Effectively manage time on the road and in the store to reduce customer wait times and build customer loyalty
  • Maintain a positive rapport with customers through effective communication
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
  • Provide exceptional service by treating customers with respect, dignity, and courtesy
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to handle day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to accomplish tasks and build customer loyalty with strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with automobile insurance
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong listening and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure and honesty is essential
  • Enjoy interacting with people and willing to learn new skills
  • May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
