We are seeking an experienced Cruise enthusiast to join our Carindale Store team. As a Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages, ensuring that KPIs are met and sales targets are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
  • GDS experience preferred
  • Previous experience in the travel or cruise industry is preferred
