Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cruise Sales Professional to join our team at Flight Centre Travel Group. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for cruise holidays and enjoy working towards sales targets. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their travel goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Quoting and Booking: Research and provide quotes for cruise bookings and packages, taking into account customer preferences and budget constraints.
- Invoicing and Administration: Accurately process invoices and maintain comprehensive product information to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, continuously identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through efficient handling of walk-in, email, and telephone enquiries, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Maximize sales opportunities by recommending relevant products and services to enhance customer experiences.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of cruise products and services, staying informed about industry trends and developments.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the cruise or travel industry.
- Skills: Proven track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in GDS systems.
- Qualifications: Ambitious, highly motivated individual with a strong focus on details, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
