Job Title: Department Manager

Job Description:

As a department manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by developing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed store objectives. You will ensure your team is equipped to excel through effective succession planning, talent development, and performance management based on results, values, and leadership.

  • Regularly analyze and follow up on sales & profit KPIs for your department, working closely with the visual team to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Drive the hello member program in line with country goals and objectives.
  • Ensure your department continuously meets H&M standards and follows up using the customer experience tool.
  • Collaborate with your visual team to implement the commercial handbook and drive sales growth.
  • Evaluate and manage your team's performance; provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, develop plans, and take appropriate actions to improve performance and develop your team.
  • Actively work with a talent pipeline in your department to support business needs and drive growth.
