Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Ecommerce Growth Strategist to drive our fast-growing online business forward.

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store while leading initiatives to boost revenue and expand our customer base nationwide.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily store management, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Leadership of website redevelopment projects, collaborating with external partners to deliver exceptional e-commerce platforms.
  • Development and execution of targeted digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, and search engine optimization.
  • Cordination of campaign and product photo shoots, working closely with our Creative Director.
  • Collaboration with the Buying team to align product offerings, stock levels, and marketing strategies.
  • Fostering East Coast sales growth by developing customer acquisition tactics and optimizing logistics for timely fulfillment.
  • Mentorship and guidance of a small e-commerce/marketing team.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in ecommerce and marketing, preferably in homewares or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify, Google Ads/Meta, and ecommerce analytics.
  • Proven track record of leading successful website projects and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Skilled at managing creative content, photo shoots, and brand campaigns.
  • Commercial acumen and data-driven approach, backed by a history of growing online revenue.
