Job Title: Care Support Specialist

Job Description:
We provide high-quality residential aged care, home care, and retirement services that promote dignity, respect, and security for every individual. Our Care Support Specialists play a vital role in facilitating positive health and well-being options for individuals, their families, and carers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provision of person-centred care duties including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and wound dressing (if medication competent).
- Working collaboratively with residents to continue doing the things they love.
- Assisting with daily routines and activities tailored to each resident's needs and preferences.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards).
- Ability to provide a wide range of person-centred care duties with compassion and empathy.
- Desire and willingness to work collaboratively with residents, families, and carers to empower them to continue doing the things they love.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with residents and their families.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Selection Criteria:
- Current and valid Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid working visa) are essential for this role.

- Appointment subject to satisfactory pre-employment screening and confirmation of the applicant's right to work in Australia.
