Personal Care Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide high-quality care and support to older people in our communities.

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility.
  • Support residents with eating, social activities, and other day-to-day needs.
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure individualized care plans are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and work as part of a cohesive team to optimize resident health and wellbeing.

Requirements:
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
