Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide insurance administration support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional customer service.

This role offers the opportunity to utilize your insurance experience in a global company, working closely with Account Brokers to meet client insurance needs.

Ongoing training and mentoring will be provided to ensure your success and a pathway for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Account Brokers regarding client insurance needs
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and timely
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance duties
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Customer-focused individual with experience supporting Senior Brokers
  • Knowledge of underwriting, claims, or insurance broking practices
