We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all clients and enquiries.
About the RoleThis role involves managing multiple calendars for appointment bookings, answering calls promptly and in a courteous manner, handling multiple queries at once in a compassionate and professional manner, attending to general enquiries and providing assistance where possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating calendar appointments with ease.
- Delivering outstanding customer service over the phone.
- Multiplying tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Providing solutions to client queries and referring them to other resources when needed.
- Working collaboratively within a small administrative team.
Requirements
This position requires previous experience in a client services environment, a Certificate III in Business Administration or above, advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
