Senior Leadership Opportunity

  • You have proven experience as a senior leader in social impact or community services
  • You bring operational excellence and strong organisational leadership skills
  • You know how to build inclusive, compassionate, empowered, and engaged teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in a similar leadership role
  • Tertiary qualifications in business management, quality management, community services, leadership or related discipline

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a similar senior leadership role, with the ability to contribute strategically
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and support teams in a trauma-informed environment, fostering a positive organisational culture
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, and maintaining organisational policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of quality management principles
