Job Title: Procurement Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled procurement professional to lead our Corporate Procurement Team. As Assistant Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of procurement and contract management outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of procurement professionals to ensure compliance and delivery of high-quality procurement and contract management results.
  • Provide expert advice and assurance on procurement and contract processes, including development and review of procurement plans, contracts, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage the development and continuous improvement of procurement policies and processes in consultation with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in applying the Commonwealth Government procurement framework, including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and connected policies.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams to achieve results within a high-performance environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities and strategic directions.
