Job Title: Statewide Training and Delivery Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Statewide Training and Delivery Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of occupational violence prevention policies and procedures.

  • Develop and implement OVP policies and protocols
  • Maintain frameworks and models for strategic risk management
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members

In this position, you will have the opportunity to build a system-wide program that drives cultural change and improves safety outcomes across every region of Tasmania.

What You'll Need:
  1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or public health
  2. Proven experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills
