As Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for driving operational execution, leading strategic initiatives, and building a responsive nursing workforce. Your leadership will ensure alignment of resources, systems, and teams with strategic priorities and a customer-focused mindset.

About the Hobart Private Hospital, Healthscope

Hobart Private Hospital is a 146-bed acute care facility located in the heart of Hobart, providing a comprehensive range of surgical and medical services. We offer general surgery and specialist care across orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, breast, colorectal, oral, vascular, plastics, and obesity surgery, as well as select paediatric procedures. Their obstetrics service is supported by a dedicated special care nursery. In addition, we provide general and specialty medicine including cardiology, angiography, endocrinology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, respiratory, and rheumatology. As part of the Healthscope network, we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and modern environment.
