Business Development Specialist

About the Role

This is a full-time desk-based entry-level sales position where you will work closely with our Relationship Managers to identify upsell opportunities, assess customer needs, and schedule appointments to drive customer engagement and account growth.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and activity records in CRM systems.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to team revenue goals.
