Executive Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Portfolio Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity exists for an individual with a strong background in retail property management or centre management, including a thorough understanding of retail leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the presentation, maintenance and compliance of the portfolio
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND TENANTS OF THE ASSETS
  • Assist clients with the leasing of the portfolio, achieving and maintaining a zero-vacancy level
  • Prepare all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation
  • Proactively manage income and expenditure, as well as financial reporting requirements for clients
  • Supervise tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with building objectives
  • Compile and implement the asset's strategic plan and marketing strategy
  • Communicate frequently with clients and tenants, providing timely relevant and professional advice in all aspects of property management
Qualifications:
  • 8 + years' experience in retail property management or centre management
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous use of MRI management system (or similar)
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and work effectively in a team environment
