**About the Role**:
This position is responsible for being second in charge to the Centre Manager and will effectively handle all facets of operationally running the Miele Experience Centre.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Using a consultative approach, deliver a world class customer service experience to our Miele clientele
- Leading by example. Set the benchmark for excellence in consultative sales, exceptional product and system knowledge and customer relationship practices
- Learn and manage key operational duties and tasks within the centre with the support of the Experience Centre Manager
- In collaboration with the Culinary Team, identify opportunities for cross functional sales and service improvements
- Actively demonstrate company values and behaviours
- Ensure all customer complaints and concerns are resolved and/or escalated where appropriate, ensuring none are left unresolved.
- In conjunction with Experience Centre Manager, drive and monitor daily/weekly team sales targets in line with business forecasts
- Consistently motivate the team to achievement both financial and service targets as defined by budgets and KPI’s
- Proactively develop new business opportunities to increase traffic to the Experience Centre and Online Stores
- Develop sustainable relationships with local Miele Charter Agencies (MCA’s), business partners, brand associates and local businesses, encouraging and supporting all customer referrals received.
- Ensuring the centre presentation is of the highest standard and maintained in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures and guidelines

- Ability to manage performance to get the best out of their teams when required
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use different systems including POS, MS Office, CRMs
