Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced professional to fill a 10-month parental leave cover position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in integrated sales, strategy or solutions functions, with experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Review and interpret client briefs to gain a deep understanding of their marketing challenges.
- Succeed in managing the brief to pitch process from start to finish on designated responses.
- Lead and contribute to brainstorms and ideation on assigned projects, fostering a culture of creativity.
- Develop holistic solutions with a compelling narrative, clear overarching idea, and rationale throughout the response.
- Collaborate with research and category experts to articulate the role of selected channels and media brands.
- Work closely with Content Partnerships teams to ensure all formats and platforms are considered for relevant briefs.
- Promote new ways of thinking/working to deliver innovative campaigns that span multiple verticals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and the capability to influence, negotiate, and mediate to reach an optimum outcome for all parties.
