Description

Identify growth opportunities and upsell additional services to clients.
Provide regular performance updates and insights through reports and presentations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
Collaborate with creative and media and digital teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction

Profile

A Successful Client Account Manager Should Have

Experience in client-facing roles within marketing or an Account Manager within the media and agency industry.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using marketing and reporting tools.
