Early Childhood Education Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Early Childhood Education professional to join our team as a Centre Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven by excellence and has a strong passion for making a difference in the lives of young children.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily centre operations, including staffing, parent communication, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage centre operations to drive excellence and consistency.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve centre performance.

Requirements:

  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
